Loved all the special "little" touches. The water toys in the pool area, the toys in the lobby for children and the coffee with flavors available at all times. I was impressed when I walked by the front desk and saw warm chocolate chip cookies to eat. My nephew loved the nachos and cheese. What more could one ask for! Everyone was very friendly, I will definitely be staying again.

We stayed for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent, friendly service. Loved the snacks at check-in, the fresh baked cookies in the evening and the freshly made-to-order omelets for breakfast. This was the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are as quiet as advertised, the food is better than the one on the north side of town, better layout of food service area,pillows better than at home, bed very comfortable.

I stay frequently. I am always treated very well. No matter if I call ahead or just show up. From cookies at night to breakfast in the morning - it is marvelous. I have lost track of time working in my room and missed dinner - I was helped with breakfast food to hold me over! Short of being at home this is the best.

My wife and I couldn't stop talking about the big number of special amenities that you offered. Other hotels will nickel and dime you to death and that interferes with the bond and relationship that can foster. Your special relation to your customer is build because you aren't afraid to take the extra steps; free coffee with various flavors, DVD player and movies, extra pillows, free breakfast including hot items and waffles, free shuttle to casino, games/chess/checkers.., work out room with treadmill, pool and spa,,,,,,, The list just goes on and not one extra penny was requested. Keep it up. We will send more guests your way most definitiely when we return for family reunion next year. Thanks a million!

The whole place and food was wonderful. We could basically walk to where ever we needed to go. We come to Prairie at least three times a year and will always stay here.

Our stay was optimal --exceptional design and decor, cleanliness, hospitality, and amenities (including books, puzzle, games, pool toys, etc.) Our family played cards in front of the fireplace, chess for two, chatted at breakfast and enjoyed the pool. And had a great night's sleep. Thank you!!!

This was one of the cleanest and friendliest motels we have ever stayed at. Over the years we have travelled, we have found that price does not ensure quality of a stay. The better places have been smaller chains, smaller cities, where they have to work harder to make a go, and so ensure that their customers are happier. This motel has achieved that! Too bad the weather was threatening, or we would have stayed longer and taken advantage of a late checkout. We will stay there again!

Although everything was as I expected, the staff presented itself so well that it made the whole experience better than expected. In today's world where service seems to be losing its meaning in most businesses, it is refreshing that some businesses such as yours, still display friendly, courteous service.

Your hard work did not go unnoticed. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We felt very secure letting the young children walk on their own. We didn't feel we had to hang on to them every second. Your staff needs to be commended for the excellent service they provided our families. They were friendly, courteous and bent over backwards to take care of us. We had our family christmas there last year and due to the wonderful service and atmosphere we returned this year and already have our reservations for next year. We had 4 different desk clerks during our stay and each was as fantastic as the other. They always had a smile on their face and couldnt do enough for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable!
